Referral Incentive Program
Any employee who refers a candidate who is ultimately hired as a billable employee of Nissint Technologies is entitled to a referral incentive. The referral incentive bonus amount is relational to the type of position and years of experience.
Get up to $10,000 every year per referred employee for as long as the employee stays with Nissint.

How does the Referral Incentive Program work?
The referral bonus will be paid out in monthly installments throughout the year starting the month following the referred employee’s start date and will continue until he/she is terminated and/or resigns. The referral bonus can also be made in two installments: 50% at 90 days and 50% at 180 days.
There is no limit to the amount of referral bonuses any one employee can receive.
